Thats a great model. If your building everything now, the new PSU will be easier to setup now. If you have to wait for it because of your budget, then waiting isn't terrible. But I'd say as soon as you can.

As for your parts frying, I can't say as I don't know the specific warranties. But I wouldn't worry about that, the quality of your power supply shouldn't be that bad. It's not very efficient and may not be giving you the cleanest of power in the long term.

With them components I would recommend upgrading it. With it being 80+ Certified, it is better than some, but for a GTX 1070 and high end components I would recommend getting something like the 550w or 650w EVGA Supernova G2. It is quite expensive, but it is definitely worth it.

The G2 is an 80+ Gold rated PSU, and rated 10/10 by JonnyGuru (Highly-rated PSU reviewing website), so it is a fantastic PSU, and really efficient. The 80+ Rated will not be too efficient and can be unpredictable and cause issues. But it is up to you. It will work, just not too efficiently.

That model isn't bad. It's not great but its basically a Thermaltake toughpower model. That model seems to be made by Channel Well Technology who generally put out good PSU's. That being said, if you wanted to go with a better quality model, there are a lot of good options out there. Since you're using a LC-Power model, I'm guessing you're in Europe somewhere? The models in the US that a lot of people quote may be harder to find depending on your market.

Take a look at this list here

This is a good starting place to look for models that may be in your budget. You don't NEED a super expensive model, although thats always nice to have. A 550w would give you plenty of power, just make sure its a good model. Like the previous poster said, the G2 series from EVGA are very good. Depending on the day, they can be cheaper than the GS or GQ models which are only slightly below them in quality. There are also many good options from Seasonic and XFX as well, but without knowing which market you're in its hard to give specific recommendations.
