Any other R9 290, doesn't matter which model or brand as long as it's a 290. Would be more cost-effective to sell your card and buy a GTX 1070 or something though.

Well in theory Crossfire with a 290X would also work since they're the same GPU core, the 290 just having some disabled compute units, but the 290X would just get bumped down to 290 performance so you'd be paying extra money for nothing. You also need a pretty beefy PSU for 290 CFX (1000W+). So as previously said, much better to sell it and get a GTX 1070.
Well my point was for less money to make it happen. This GTX 1070 approximately 600$ and to sell my card probably for 200$ since it's second hand which will lead me to 400$ more which is more money than buying a second one. And about the PSU yes I got CoolerMaster 1000W 80 plus gold. But thank you for the answer.
