Hi!
I have a GTX 960 at the moment, and was reading about a dedicated Physx card. Lemme get this straight... If I were to have a separate dedicated Physx card, it would reduce the load put on my GTX 960 and would improve my FPS, right?
I have a GT 720 laying around and was wondering if it would be worth putting it in as a PhysX card. Would that take some load off my GTX 960? Another question is... If a dedicated PhysX card is under heavy load, would it hurt my FPS? I can only imagine the GT 720 wont really be able to do much... Would the dedicated PhysX card only preform to the best of its ability and let the GTX 960 do the other work the GT 720 couldnt?
Basically, I'm just trying to improve my FPS. If using a GT 720 as a dedicated PhysX card will hurt me FPS, then I'm out!
Thanks for any help!
