Purple Color Creeping up in Skyrim

Hi, I just recently installed a new graphics card and after opening my modded skyrim I noticed some missing textures. After that, I removed all my mods and did a fresh install but it seemed to have made matters worse.

The purple thing shows up from the bottom of the screen and creeps up pretty fast to cover the whole screen.

My specs:
GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K CPU @ #.40GHz
RAM: 24 GB
Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G41
Power Supply: Seasonic S12II-520Bronze 520W

Try to "Verify integrity of game cache." And do you still have mods even after the clean install?

I already tried it. I removed all traces of mods in my pc and even uninstalled everything and redownloaded skyrim so it's the only game on my pc right now.

Yes, I checked just now. It says I "have the latest geforce driver"

Hey magnus0036, I am having the same problem. I tried installing an ENB, but it didn't work. Does anyone else have a suggestion/solution? Please and thanks.

Edit: I figured it out! I had installed Enderal before trying to convert back to vanilla Skyrim, and I didn't uninstall Enderal correctly. I finally found an answer in the Enderal forums.
