Hi,
have been reading around the forums so will paste & edit the text provided by the sticky *How to ask for New Build or Upgrade Advice*.

Approximate Purchase Date: before the 18th (the closer the better)

Budget Range: 1000~1200 € (After Shipping) Will go to stores if good price.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Programming (Java IDE Netbeans, C++..), VirtualBox (1 or 2 OS), PHP sever, MySQL, gaming (if have time SCII, EvE, Diablo 3, BattleField..), surfing the internet, no movies to watch or edit.

Are you buying a monitor: No

Do you need to buy OS: No (Will use Win7 SP1 x64, Ubuntu.. Vista also if have problems with program stability)

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg.com, amazon.com

Location: Barcelona, Spain (EU)

Parts Preferences: Wanted AMD but can't wait until next year for the new Zen cpu so looking at some sites (cpubenchmark.net, userbenchmark.com...) switched to intel for benchmarking results. (AMD FX-8350 to Intel i5-6600K..)

Overclocking: No / Maybe (Haven't tried and would like to have a realiable machine even without it?)

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe (Not atm, if have the spare power or the motherboard can, in the future.. Crossfire?)

Your Monitor Resolution: Have two monitors so can use one of these 1024x768, 1280x1024, 1440x900, 1600x1200

Additional Comments: Don't have too much space to share, have bought a Pandora Core micro ATX mid tower (6,29" width) because best for it.

I'm a student and need a new pc to keep up with the increasing workload (using a laptop because no space to bring my ATX cases, nor they're powerful enough).
Look after performance over flashy stuff, would like a CPU/GPU that can handle the programming, virtualization or some casual gaming (medium graphics at most).

Looked at the *Best PC Build: $1000 Build* sticky
The CPU Cooler that was mentioned (CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM) dunno if it would fit (5,71")
If have to spend more on it to have a 60+ CFM wouldn't mind.
Liked the SSD concept but would need at least other disk with 1TB of space for projects and stuff (Hybrid?)

Part List:
CPU: Intel i5-6600k or.. AMD FX-8350?
CPU Cooler: ?
Motherboard: ?
Memory: 32GB ?
Storage: 1TB Hybrid + SSD?
Video Card: ?
Case: BitFenix Pandora Core MicroATX Mid Tower Case ~Already bought~
Power Supply: ?

Thanks for the help!

Solution
MB + CPU + CPU COOLER - An Intel build will run circles around an AMD FX build. Since you aren't sold on overclocking (it isn't exactly necessary), look toward the B150 or H170 chipsets with four memory slots. Pair that with the i5-6500 or i7-6700. The stock Intel CPU cooler will be fine when not overclocking.
MEM - The B150 / H170 chipsets are "limited" to DDR4-2133.
SSD - Just add one now. You won't regret it.
GPU - The GTX 1070 will easily handle "programming, virtualization or some casual gaming". You could even scale back to a GTX 1060 if you wanted to save on the budget.
PSU - Look toward a Tier 1 or Tier 2 unit. That will have you looking at XFX, Seasonic, the EVGA G2 lineup, or filtering through the lists...
