There is a Gigabyte B150-D3H DDR3 board out there. Not sure if thats the one you plan to buy but it DOES support DDR3. That said as Mr Kagouris said, the support is actually for DDR3L and Intel specifically recommends against normal DDR3.
I would suggest not buying the DDR3 board, and replacing your memory, You can get 16 gb for around $60 in DDR4 its worth it.
