Hi i just bought 2 new Ram as suggested from community , they are compatible (checked Mobo List)
so the ram are Corair Vengeance 1600 2x4gb 1.5v
Mobo is ASUS H81 Gamer.
What happend:
plugged in memory and got error beeps indicating memory problem.
then i tried to place just 1 didnt work either, then i put in the old ram changed some Ram settings and that for like 3-4 hours maybe more (took me all day, experimenting) after a long time i managed to get it working using only 1 of the new Ram. So is there someone who knows what settings i need to tweak to make this working?
BTW. i have 2 new sets of Ram here with me , thinking it was the new set problem i bought a different MAnufacturer , Kingston but they too dont work not even if i use 1...... I hope to get help asap cause i have to bring them back in case they faulty and its not mobo fault. Thanks much for help!
