well that card can run on a 270Watt supply, so I am sure it will work, but you might want to get a new PSU soon, as I cannot find any conclusive reviews on it which is never a good sign.

Nice video card to match your i3, aside from getting a new power supply ASAP (bad power supplies can not just fail, they can kill motherboards and other components), you may want to double your RAM to 8 GB for gaming.
