is the voltage safe for me pc

i am getting

5.63v on the 5v rail
13.44 to 13.88v on the 12v

the psu is used was is working fine on game the psu is a cooler master RS-850-AMBA-J3

Yeah I think it is fine, if you were getting those readings and they were true I don't even think you'd be reading them from the PC as it would be fried to kingdom come! The Cooler Master Silent Pro's arn't the best PSU made but it shouldn't be that bad. Also from personal experience the BIOS readings seem to be more accurate.

i was using occt for the readings

when i go into the bios its under the 12v
