I've been a casual PC gamer for awhile with the usual stuff. [L4D, Minecraft, Gmod, etc.] I've been approached by a friend to start making videos together and we want to record some newer, better, more intense games but my lenovo all-in-one is too laggy. It can't even handle HD youtube videos at this point and forget running the game and bandicam at the same time. It's unplayable.
I'm not looking to pay a massive amount. I just need something that can run the game and bandicam without lagging for now. Something I can play on comfortably if the videos don't take off and if they do then I can justify the investment in something higher end. I'm looking to stay around $800 but I'm willing to go up to $1000 if necessary.
Does anyone have any recommendations? What specs should I be looking for?
