Problem with CPU speed

Im having problems with my Cpu speed im on a laptop intel i7 4500MQ and the speed should be around 3.2 but is at 2.4 any ideas heres throttle stop

Read the link, 2.4ghz is the base clock so when not under load it goes to that and when it has the capability and need to go to 3.4ghz it goes to the boost.

Your i7 has a base clock speed of 2.4ghz and a turbo clock speed of 3.4ghz. It only runs at 3.4ghz when needed, not just all the time.

It's normal.
