High Memory Usage while Idle

For the last couple weeks I have been running at 75%-90% at all times. This gets rather annoying while trying to game. Ive checked high and low online to find the problem. Ive checked task manager and resource manager, ran malware bytes, disables Cortana (running Windows 10). Can anyone help me here?

The problem seems quite clear from your pictures that Firefox is the program to blame. You also seem to have quite low RAM. Is it 2 gig? Windows 10 can be run on 2 gig, but I would recommend at least 8 gig.

Hey Richard, its not a 2gig, its 20gigs. However, I seem to have fixed my problem, although I dont remember exactly what I did to fix it lol. Its been a while.
