So im planning my first water cooling build and all i know so far is that typically ddc pumps offer more head pressure where as d5 offer more flow rate. But im planning a hard tubing PETG loop with a 360mm front rad and a 120mm rear rad with cpu block and the possiblity to upgrade to a gpu block in the future. im going to have a fair few bends in the design. However i cant seem to see many people using ddc pumps, is there any reason for this? i know they can be slightly noisier and they run hotter into the system not in the loop like d5's do but why do so many people use d5's? especially when i can find a ddc for cheaper?

thank you
Daniel
