Hey there, ever since I've had my PC I've had half a second to two seconds freezes when I'm playing games. Tracking with MSI afterburner I can see that my power percentage, my GPU usage and CPU usage all drop when I'm playing World of Warcraft. If I'm standing around doing nothing, nothing happens, but I'll get a feeze when I enter combat, loot an item or whenever a boss does an ability with a fancy animation. I searched everywhere and can't find a solution.

Yeah could be anything. Most likely texture/content loading so probably a storage or ram bottleneck.
