The monitor is actually the LG 27MP48HQ-P 27-Inch IPS Monitor with Screen Split ($130.14 @ Amazon) pcpartpicker didn't have that monitor on its list. These are the exact parts I purchased except the monitor.
Also, I didn't go by pcpartpicker in terms of online stores. All my parts were purchased on Amazon.
