I have configured a .BAT file as follows and it's just not working even after run as Admin:
netsh interface ip set address ”Ethernet 2” static 192.168.1.141 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.254
My Ethernet 2 is still on automatic, now I know i can just input it through the properties but I want to know why is this not working
