While playing shadow of Mordor I get fairly frequent frame drops at random times and I've tried everything I can think of. I've fiddled with v-sync settings, turned down graphics to lowest and limited the game at 30 fps and nothing seems to be stopping the frame drop. I think I might have a CPU bottleneck because the frame drops seem to mostly happen when I traverse the map but I don't know how to test that. Any feedback is greatly appreciated

CPU: Pentium G3258 OCed to 4.0GHz
GPU: Sapphire RX 460 2gb
RAM: 8gb
EDIT: I ran MSI afterburner and it turns out that I do have a cpu bottleneck
