This is my complete and total build, for everything I will need gaming. Please let me know if I left anything else or where it would be better to add / remove something. This PC is made up of the idea of being able to Stream, Record and play most games.
-I will be upgrading to 4K very soon, will be running the 1070 in SLI instead of 1080-

Solution
Looks good, except get a 750W PSU if you intend to SLI later on. Also, points 1,2 and 4 above a valid. The define R5 would be my forst choice.
I don;t know about 3, but i wouldn't sweat it. If there are driver issues, they will get fixed. Though i would tend to think tehre are not.
1) You're missing the operating system
2) You are spending way too much on the motherboard, the Gigabyte Z170 Gaming 5 is probably a better bet for your other components
3) Double 144Hz monitors aren't really recommended, there's been quite a bit in terms of driver issues
4) If you're going with an audio recording system you should really consider something like the Fractal Design Define R5 or Corsair Carbide 600Q Inverse Tower

Solution
double 144Hz seems overkill. I mean how often do you really game on two screens?
144Hz for browsing and background applications seems excessive to me

personally, if it's not about the looks I wouldn't go with Corsair fans.
Noctua and Phanteks fans move more air with lower noise and better pressure
251$ on a mainboard is hard to justify unless it provides a feature you really need. the Gaming 5 suggested is a good fit otherwise.

I do have an operating system; Win 10 Pro. Decided to leave it out due to me already having it.
And does the Gigabyte have the same audio quality / near it?
The monitors are not final, waiting till black friday to get it, they will also be side monitors for my 4k monitor :)
And I will upgrade the PSU that helped quite a bit
Also this computer will be somewhat for look so the fans will play in :D
Changed the case to the R5

1) Unless you have an unused OEM or a retail Windows 10 license then you don't have an OS. Do not pirate, and don't violate your EULA for a tiny amount (in terms of the total cost of your system)
2) The Gaming 5 should have at least as good of quality, perhaps better
3) A "good looking" case usually means a loud case. Unless you hide it far away from your mic you'll be ruining your $150 investment . Consider some anti-acoustic panels for your room, they can help improve audio quite a bit.

Yes its a new disk of Win 10 Pro, never used so everything is legal. An seeing as the Mobo is in the same quality range I'll go with that. Also I was thinking of the panels but unsure of the space I'll have yet so I'm waiting till I get some measurements. And I'm not to worried about sound, with everything in it, it should be minimal plus it will be under the desk (which I'm now reconsidering for a straight form factor desk - Looks a bit cleaner for cable management - )
