htpc budget gaming rig

hi all im going to build a htpc gaming rig for my brother he has a $1000 aus limit and needs it to be in a htpc style case he only plays through a tv so 1080x1920 60hz on high setttings would be good.So far this is what i have come up with and it comes to $955 from pccg . any ideas would be appreciated. That seems good to me.
Would probably get a 500-550w power supply to be on the safe side.
1060 3GB is perfect for 1080p60.
Don't know about the airflow in the case, in that situation I would always get a "blower" style GPU to exhaust hot air outside of the case.
