Hi all, this is my first time building a computer, i don't have too much knowledge about this, so any help is appreciated! :)
This is my proposed setup for my tower only. I did some research into the parts but i feel that i have chosen parts that i may not need. Please offer your suggestions and how i could improve it.

CPU: Intel Core i7-6800K 3.4GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI X99A GAMING 7 ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1070 G1 Gaming
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
Case w/ PSU: Thermaltake Versa N21 ATX Gaming Chassis with 600W 80PLUS Power Supply

Thanks!

No, beef is not what he needs. Matter of fact, power ain't quite what it feeds. It's the energy, man. Stable voltage, now those are seeds. The roots of a good power supply, indeed.

A 450W PSU will be great. It's not really much of a debate. His hardware only draws maybe 250W when gaming. PSUs are most efficient at 50% load. A 450W...

I am assuming that the purpose of your build will be for gaming judging by the parts that you have selected.
It looks as if you have chosen a pretty decent selection of parts however if I would advise that with the CPU, GPU and MB you have selected I would probably advise maybe investing in a power supply that is a more "beefier" if you know what I mean possibly a 650W at least.
Hope I could help
