Hi, in wow I get 70fps max while standing and lower while fighting, in overwatch I get about 100fps and in CS:go I get 70 fps all at 1440p with their settings on recommended. i have tried to turn gsync off and nothing changes lowered the graphics and i get a little more but not so much.
heres what ive tried and settings

144hz in display at 1440p (PG278Q monitor)
Gsync on and off.
Tried on my old monitor (Samsung sa350) hdmi CS:go runs at 300fps, wow about 100 and didn't try overwatch.
my 3D mark scores were absolutely normal scoring over 17000 in firestrike 1.1 (better than 96% of all results) and 6897 on timespy which is better than 88% of results. 9621 in fire strike extreme
Cpu standard clock

I'm suppose to be getting 100's of fps with a 1080 but I'm reduced to rubble, someone help me so i can RMA the GPU or monitor.

Solution
Are you running the game in windowed mode?
Fullscreen?

Definetly sounds like Gsnyc is still on.
Would check in advanced driver settings.

fpund the issues, wow is a piece of crap and NVidia didn't optimise their drivers for it, lowered some settings etc getting about 150fps average.

in overwatch still about 100fps maybe the game is very gpu dependant on 1440p?

in CS:go I found that they limit fps to 70 so I slid the bar (found in a hidden setting) to max now I get between 298-300fps constant ! finally yey me !
