Hi there, I have had a pre-made pc (HP ENVY) that I bought in 2012 and have been updating it for the longest time to get rid off the ""jitters".
PC Specs;

- i7 3770 non k
- Pegatron Motherboard (sounds old)
- Had some Geforce 400 card from stock but now got a GTX 970 MSI Gaming
- 16GB ram - 4 x 4 GB VenganceLP Corsair 1600MHZ Although I believe the motherboard only supports 1333MHZ
- 2TB HDD from Stock and has been throwing a "Immanent Failure" for the last 1 & 1/2 years
- 560GB SSD which I run majority of my games off
- FSP Hyper 700W Power Supply
- CPU Water Cooling system
- NEOS Case with 2 cooling fans on the front and one on the back being the CPU Water Cooling

Monitors;
(1) Main - XL2411T BenQ - 144hz
(2) Sec - RL2755 BenQ - 60hz
Both at 1920 x 1080

Any way with that out of the way, the scenario I have is that on some games (mainly 1st person games) there is some sort of jitter when turning at a certain speeds. Especially in games like Fallout and Skyrim. It's so bad that if you try and focus on anything in the game whilst you walk or run past it just disappears in a jittery mess.

All drivers and softwares are up to date as well.
Fresh format of the entire PC about 8 months ago as well

Tried multiple different settings in NVidia for the last 2 years and to no avail.
Any ideas?
