So i have been playing on my PC for a year now.
Recently i got Fallout 4 for my PC.
There is a thing i am worried about,my GPU is MSI R7 370 2GB of VRAM (single fan).
While i play it on high settings i notice that when i put my fan speed for GPU at 55% the temp reaches 85 C.
I am not sure if it is safe and is there a way i could cool it down better without setting my fan to 80%?

85 is the "safe limit" for the R9 370.

By that, I mean, the card will always keep itself under that temperature by increasing the fan speed until it hits the fan speed limit, then the card will slow down to keep cool.

You can customize these limits in AMD crimson.

A good way to reduce temperatures is to clean the dust out of the graphics card.
Another way is to reduce the GPU power limit, but then you will get worse performance.

85 is not a dangerous temperature for a R9 370.

85c is high, and it may cause thermal throttling, but it is perfectly safe. Depending on what you have the max temp before it starts to throttle on, putting the fans up may help performance so it doesnt downclock to cool down. If you dont mind the noise, i would say bump up the fans to 65-75% By lowering the temps technically your card will last longer, but we are talking like 10 vs 12 years till it dies, so by then you probably wont have this card and it dosnt really matter.
