Note: Yes, i checked all the other existing threads, found no working solution.

So the "new" PC i bought (more as a project but ok) has a 750W Bronze Fractal PSU. I have two AMD 7970, which i Crossfire. The problem is, that when i enable Crossfire in the AMD Radeon Settings Panel, and enter a game like Overwatch or The Crew in Fullscreen, the PC freezes for some seconds and then just reboots itself, and when i use "WhoCrashed" there is no crashlog, so i cannot find the culprit.

I am running Windows 10 Pro Anniversary on that PC.

Note: Disabling Crossfire and running a single card works just fine.

Yes it happens to all games that we currently tested, so i can almost assume it to happen to the rest.

And we are using the newest AMD RADEON SETTINGS driver. We (as in me and my friend) enable AMD CrossFire in the "Graphics -> Global Settings -> Global Graphics (AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series) -> AMD CrossFire". It looks like this:

I might wanna add that he is using a Freesync Monitor but the GPUs don't support Freesync (which i can hardly imagine to be the problem). We are using the Displayport Cable.

Unfortunately not, as i am 2000km away from that PC (i bought it but my friend uses it and sets it up currently). But the guy i bought it from said that he hasn't had issues over the years with the PSU or the GPU's, and we checked that all cables sit correctly.

Ok settings look fine (other than crossfire being off but I take your word that you switch it on and then the issue happens).

Can you try 3DMark Firestrike and see if that crashes it?

Next up also can you go to event viewer and see if the crash is generating an Error 41, and if so can you post what it says for the error in full?

I'm reasonably sure the PSU is the issue. Its probably worn down a bit over the years and a pair of 7970's are demanding.

Aight mate, will give you the answer soon then. I check with Firestrike (and yes the Crossfire switch is on when the issue happens). I will check the event viewer once the crash happens (or afterwards obviously). I also thought a little of the PSU, but i wouldn't want to set my bet on it yet.

You can also try swopping the PCIe cables between the GPUs. I once had a issue with a bad PSU and swopping the cables around provided another 6months of use.

I obviously would not recommend waiting that long! However, it might help you identify the problem.

Here the log from the "Details" Tab in XML mode: http://pastebin.com/cPzAG2fz
It is as you said an Error 41, Category 63.

For Firestrike i need to download the Demo (as my friend doesn't own 3DMark), and he also doesn't have the fastest internet exactly, so i need to wait 15 minutes for the download to finish.

Ok we will try that too, thanks!

Ok what I clearly see there is a power supply issue, because no other bugcheck numbers are generated. The only other thing that does stuff like this is bad memory, but the fact that Crossfire causes this state makes it clear memory is not the problem.

Firestrike is gonna crash I'm pretty sure. I would not waste the time to swap the cables, even if it works (highly unlikely) it will only be temporary.

Ok thanks, then i guess we will just have to order a new PSU.

Thinking about it the only one other thing I would do just to be 100% sure is (and maybe you did this already) is remove the crossfire GPU from the system. Test a game, then swap it for the other and test it again. If both play fine when on their own then you are 100% on the PSU being bad.
