Selecting a Motherboard

So this is my firs PC that I've ever built and I need help selecting a motherboard. These are the parts that I have. Can someone help choose which motherboard is the best? And if the motherboard is compatible to what I have.

1) Razer NZXT H440
2) i7-6700 Skylake
3) Corsair DDR4 2666MHz (2x8GB)

Motherboards

Yeah, as stated above, the K version of 6700 is highly more recommended as it's easier to overclock and show a better perfomance overall compared to the 6700.

The mobo is great and you'll have no issue with this Mobo x CPU combo.

If you ever need suggestions to the GPU/Cooler/PSU feel free to ask :)

Which mobo do you suggest? And is the 6700K a significance difference worth to pay more?
