Hi for some reason cpu coolers are masivly overpriced in my country exception being those made by lc for example my hyper 212 cost around 45€ and for example corsair h100i cost nearly 150€. On the other hand lc watercoolers like lc-cc-240-lico and arctic cooling liquid freezer 120 are close to 70$. Is any of then worth upgrading my hyper 212 evo into

Might have too much or too little thermal compound on the cooler...
The Hyper 212 evo is very good cooler for its price, if you find that it not cooling well when you OC the processor than look to noctou for air coolers such as the D14, there really is no reason for water cooling unless you just want..well the...water.

With evo 212 @4.4ghz and vcore 1.325 i get 88-90C and thats something i dont feel ok about. I get close to 80C even when @4.2ghz and vcore being 1.275 only time when i get tems iam fine about 55-60 is when iam using it at stock speeds and vcore of 1.185 (under that i bsod here and there). I know i can get above 60 even 70 but dont want my cpu to go above 80C. Iam planing to try to oc to 1.4vcore and see what i can get (hope 4.6). I wad looking for liquid cooler 240 but its out of stock almost all time and they have it in only 2 stores in my country dont want to buy cpu cooler from other countries as most of the time ship cost is about 30€ +

Might have too much or too little thermal compound on the cooler, could also be the chip itself, with an EVO and 6600K at 4.5 (1.27) I don't exceed 70 C except under heavy BMs
