Help Reading Trace Route

So I've been have crazy spikes in latency on WoW and I feel like the Blizzard tech support it of much help and when I discuss it with Verizon they only check front end stuff. So I was wondering if anyone can help me out by telling me whats going on in this trace route?

Solution
keep in mind that you have no control over the routing, so tracert may provide you with some interesting info, but there is nothing you can do about it. as you can see hop 7 and 9 for example belong to att, good luck getting them to do anything for you, since you are not even an att customer.
