hello i live in europe and i have a mid 2012 pc that is able to play almost all games of this generation hovewer most of them are very slow and if i try to turn on spotify or browser the games become unplayable like gta5

i clean my pc every few months

my current needs for pc are big multitasking with ease:browsing, listening to music, watching movies, playing medium requirement games like csgo, using programs like word, archicad, cad,

my current pc
graphics card:Geforce gtx 650 Ti boost
power brick: (couldnt find) it is Qori \model:500x\ atx2.03(p4)\ Acc 2012/06\ 230v\ 500w
motherboard:ga-b75m-d3v(might be incorrect i dont want to dissasemble my pc yet)
2 of something: 4gb ddr3 1333 cl9
1 of some thing that is used for cd's
1 of some shitty fan on motherboard that nearly falls off when used.

what i'm thinking would work is if my graphic card stays what it is for now and i change it to a better one like half year later
the box and the cd thing stays the same
power brick maybe stays the same

everything else probably needs to change right now and get a lot better( motherboard, few fans and i dont know what else is left)

windows is also a part of the budget.

i tried reinstaling windows and i got some error i will probably get other windows later but right now i cant tell much about current pc.

Solution
it depends on your monitor.
for 1080p - that build will do smooth gaming at least 2-3 years.
I7 will not help with this GPU. but you can add it if you want.
I have not added any storage because i assumed that you can reuse the old one.
Add a 240GB SSD and a 1TB HDD
As for case, I'd suggest Fractal Design Define S

My pc turns on with blue screen right now since i got errors reinstalling, i am sure that my core is not more new than 2012 09 since that is when i got my prebuilt pc.

I live in lithuania the best site for parts is skytech.lt there but im fine with using amazon .de .fr

If you really think findin out cpu is important i can clean the paste thing and tell you(though i think we should just change it now)

I think i should change most things except fewparts in a way that i could change those few parts to a lot better ones later i have in mind a budget of around 1000to1400eur but right now i have around 800

im sure idont need to change the cd thing and the case and i think the part that stays the same for now would be the gtx 650ti boost graphix card

Sveikas :)

If you want to keep the GTX 650ti for now, than you can change the i5-6600K to i7-6700K and have 16GB of RAM.
You will still have the change for a new computer case - Fractal Design Define S if you don't use optical drive or Fractal Design Define R5 if for some reason you do use optical drive.
the reason behind upgrading the case, is that those above provide excellent airflow - will be great for cooling your system while keeping things quite.

ok now i decided that i will sell my whole old pc and get 100-250 eur my budget is 837eur but since i get money for old pc it becomes around 1000 for a full pc.

i noticed you are missing actual memory thing there

i found out my old cpu was intel i5-3550 3.3 ghz

ok now your build that you suggested lets say i wanted to play gta V or fallout 4 would it be smooth, if so for much longer would my build be able to play best games of the year with good graphincs smoothly?(my goal is 3 years same as my current pc did which was 700 prebuilt)

would i7-6700k and 16gb ram help a lot with that?
