Shall I upgrade or not???

I really wanna buy a 7850 but I have a EVGA 430W PSU and I was wondering If I had to upgrade my psu. I don't really have a budget of more than 50 pounds (66 dollars) and I don't want to splurge out on a new PSU as well as the graphics card.
Any advice is very helpful thanks.

Well, it is recommended to have a 450w which wouldn't be a problem with a quality unit. That's an EVGA, which makes good units but that's one of their cheap models. You should be fine, but you were warned. What's the rest of your system look like, particularly your CPU?
