Battlefield 4 weird problem

I played Battlefield 4 multiplayer yesterday and everything was fine but today i got weird problem and i don't know how to fix it. Problem is that grass is not loading properly no matter if i put low or ultra it will look like on low,also some textures in the distance like mountains are not loading properly too they are blurred and some of them even flicker and that's really annoying and i don't know how to fix it. I tried to repair the game and reinstall the latest drivers but that didn't help. Do you guys maybe know what's the problem and how can i fix it?

Can you try with your friends gpu? Means deleting the Nvidia drivers of course and install the right drivers for the HD 6950. Just search for that gpu,might be that the latest aren't mentioned being that old.

Well i can try that but i don't know when since we don't live very close....but i have some new info,with latest drivers and latest windows 10 update i had a lot of BSOD problems,now i reverted to older one and i don't have BSOD problems anymore but my grass in battlefield still not working,it's looks like on low even if i put settings on ultra and also i noticed that i have less fps since this problem started but all other games that i play work just fine,games like Euro truck simulator 2,Far cry 3,Call of duty advanced warfare all of them work on ultra without issue only battlefield 4 has problems at least for me

Since it worked before 9-9 could you try a system restore point from before that,see if that helps.

System restore didn't help i really don't know what is happening,i don't care about the grass that much i just hate that i lost about 10-15fps and that is a lot for me because i usually play at 40-50fps and now on 30-40 sometimes it even drops under 30

You said you reinstalled the latest drivers,did you use DDU to get rid of the old ones first?

Nope,i think it might be something with windows anniversary update but i'm not sure,and now i have even more problems,draw distance is really low i mean objects are spawing two feet in front of me and textures in the distance (not that big distance) are blurry and when i get closer to them they get sharp and when i walk back away from them they are blurry again and there is another problem,when i join multiplayer server my game do that thing i don't know how to call it when you change resolution like screen gets black for a second and than it's back and after that happen my mouse and keyboard are not working in the game and all i can do is to force close it,if i launch game in borderless mode it's not working at all,in windows mode it's usually work and in fullscreen mouse and keyboard stop responding. And after all of this i really don't know what to do so i'm currently trying to reinstall the game and i'm downloading it again from the scratch but it will take few days because my internet is slow and i really hope that this will help

I hope that reinstalling the game will help otherwise you might need to consider reinstalling windows again.

I reinstalled the game and now i don't have blurry textures anymore,and i don't have problems with mouse and keyboard at least for now but i still have problems with grass it's just looks the same no matter if i put terrain decoration and quality to low or ultra it looks ugly and i hate it but i really don't know how to solve it. I will wait for new nvidia drivers maybe that will fix my problem and if it doesn't than i will have to reinstall windows and probably get back to windows 8.1 because windows 10 is only giving me headache.

With the older gpu could you try older drivers as well.See if they have a better effect.
http://www.nvidia.com/download/find.aspx
look for your specific gpu=geforce->600 series->gxt 650 ti boost->windows 10 64 bit.,Try the year 2015 drivers.First of course get rid of the current ones.

Well i don't know what happen but one hour ago i decided to play battlefield 4 a little and somehow my grass looked normal again so for now it looks it fixed it self somehow,or i did something and don't know what.
