I wanna know if this PC is good for games, that can play the current newest games at medium/max settings and few future games?

CPU: 4 cores x3200 Mhz,the newest FM2!
GPU: GTX 960 4 GB GDDR5 HDMI
RAM: 8 DDR3, 1600 Мhz
HDD: 1000Gb 7200 Sata3 Най-бързия

It cost only 500$,which is the max I could afford.

I'm not very much familiar with that kind of CPUs,is that one good enough?

You could do this for $537 reusing your HDD and GPU: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/b9YN6X (I put a random GTX 960 and HDD since I couldn't tell which brand you had). Not counting the OS it is well under $500 and gives you an SSD for some snappier boot/load times, 16GB of DDR4 RAM, and a Skylake i5 quad core processor which will be better than what you currently have now. Assuming you are playing at 1080p/medium to high 40-60FPS settings, that should sufficient. If you bumped up to a GTX 1060 then you would be in the very high/ultra...
