I'm building a new PC with i5-4460 and I was wondering which 1060 to buy. Price difference in my country is around 30$

you won't see any fps difference between the cards so get the one that looks the best to you and is priced right. the extra out of the box clock speeds for the expensive models means little when boost 3.0 will take them even further for EVERY card. not worth a lot of extra cash for speed that will make no difference once boost 3.0 does its thing :)
