I have an dell inspiron 530s motherboard, i only have 2 GB of ram and i'm looking to add 2 more GB of ram and the ram i have installed is Crucial 1GB DDR2-800 UDIMM. My question is do i have to get Crucial or can i get any brand of ram that is the same speed and pinset and and still work?
Can i use any brand of ram in my pc

As Multipack suggested, you'll want the exact same model, even then, mixing RAM can lead to some issues. Each kit is tested to work with each other, but cannot guaranteed when mixing other kits even of the same model. That being said, you should be good if you get another Crucial 1GB DDR2-800 UDIMM.
