My PC Is pretty old now and slowly but surely it is giving up.

I mostly use it for Photoshop but I do play the odd game. Though my current PC' graphics card doesn't let me play games like dragon age Inquisition and what not.

I am looking for a new PC or Laptop that will do me, but I am on a tight budget too.

I was looking at
this one Acer Aspire TC-280
- AMD A10-7800 APU
- Quad-core
- 3.0 GHz / 3.5 GHz with Turbo Core
- 4 MB cache
AMD Radeon R7
8 GB DDR3 (32 GB maximum installable RAM)

Would I be able to play game like DA;I?

Gaming Laptops are very Pricey, and lower Tiers are "Garbage". If you're OK with 720P 25FPS Lowest Preset then that might do.

They start getting "Decent" at about 800$, and there's a huge difference in Performance.

"The Bang for the Buck" only gets good here:

https://www.amazon.com/Dell-15-6-Inch-Quad-Core-i5-6300HQ-Processor/dp/B015PYYDMQ/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1473465591&sr=1-1&keywords=gaming+laptop

GPU is the only thing you should look at, you can always add Memory and Ram later.

And Desktops even on a tight Budget will give you ten times the Performance, you're paying a lot for portability.

And with the Cheaper Laptops it shows.
