Which motherboard should I buy?

So, I recently purchased a GTX 1070 GPU and am in the process of getting parts for the rest of my build. I don't want to pay more than $100 for a mobo.

I'm getting an i7 CPU, probably a 6700 if I can get it unlocked. I would like to be able to over clock. My case will have plenty of fans, and I plan on getting a multi-channel fan controller (maybe with an extra USB port for using an Xbox controller).

I don't plan on getting 3 monitors but I was wondering if I need anything in a mobo just to have the option of doing so later on if I decide that I want to. It's definitely a gaming PC.

Is there anything else I need to mention? Please let me know what some of your recommendations are.

A 1070 can handle 3 monitors. While you can OC a 6700 a little via the BCLK, if wanting to OC best to get a 6700K which willl require a Z170 mobo, and there are few that have a good power phase design for OCing CPUs could look at the Asus Z170-p or maybe the Rock's Z170 Pro4S
