The slow ram will hurt min fps in cpu heavy games...the 8350 should generally be fine except in games that hammer 1 thread and it's weak ipc will possibly cause issues.

A more powerful gpu will be held back by the cpu and ram.

What games and are you having issue now?

I intend to use lol, battlefield 3, counterstrike...
