Hi all, lately I've been having a problem in CS:GO that makes it almost unplayable. I've noticed that I get little micro-stuttering at random times, but mainly when I shoot. I'm unable to spray or aim very well because it feels like my fps drops to like 10. Also var and sv don't seem to be any different in net_graph so I don't know what else to do. I haven't had this problem until recently and I don't know how to fix it. My PC specs are:

GPU: NVIDIA GTX 760
CPU: AMD-FX 8320
OS: Windows 10
Hard Drive: Forget specifically but it's Western Digital and 500gb
RAM: Again, forget specifics, but I only have 4gb

Could my problem lie with how little RAM I have, or am I bottle necking my CPU? Thanks for the help.

Solution
The first thing i would suggest doing is using some monitoring tools to see if your GPU / CPU / Memory is being overused. Also, i would suggest running a virus/malware scan if you haven't already.
