What resolution are you using?
Wayfall :
What is the resolution scaling set as in the settings? Most put it to 50%, it uses super sampling to make the picture not so pixelated on low resolutions such as 720-1080p.
helpstar :
which graphics card?
drivers up to date from nvidia.com/amd.com/intel.com (depending on which gpu you have)
Wayfall :
We need to know which GPU you have and what resolution you have set to render frames at.

I highly doubt this is a driver issue; day-z has some funky resolution options (atleast it did when i played) and lowering them can make the graphcis look dodgy even at max settings.
Wayfall :
Poster could you please given us any information about your settings or GPU
Faux_Grey :
Maybe take a screenshot of what looks bad and upload it?
