No matter how I search, I can't find anything about this, because everything is about taking stuff off your tablet and PC and putting it on your TV, not the other way around.

So I've become very into using my Desktop as my hub, and them stream it to my devices.

Well, since I can't stream Xbox One using its apps or with anything plugged the HDMI In, I wanted to plug every console I got into 1 TV, and then stream what is on the TV to a tablet or other TV. I mean in my head sounds so simple, but from what I learned from my Roku, I don't know if there is apps or a device that will allow this?

First you need to backup a bit, you don't "stream the TV" to anything, the TV is an input device. On it's own the TV does nothing, what you are looking to do is to send whatever you are connecting to the TV to another source. That's possible, use a capture card on the computer, hook up the output of whatever you want to send to the computer to the capture card.

If you want to route the console outputs to a different TV, then an HDMI distribution setup like what was linked in the other post is what you want. Console goes to that, HDMI cables go from there to the different TVs.

You'll need an HDMI distribution amplifier, which doubles one signal into two.

Try reading this article... it will explain things better, I think... maybe..

I was wondering if there was some kind of thing for PC that has HDMI In, and I'd run that machine through the computer. So yeah the little htpc that is connected to a TV can stream whats on the TV, but I want to stream like PS3/Xbox etc.

Like my Xbox One, I plugged in my PS3 into the HDMI in, and I could run the PS3 through my Xbox onto the TV, except Xbox One bothers doing this amazing thing, but won't let you stream the TV to Windows 10 while using the HDMI in device, and they won't even let you do it while running apps.

^-I want that exact same thing that Xbox One does, but for another device, TV, Roku, Xbox One or a HTPC /Win 10. Like if my Xbox One's HDMI In just worked, I could get a little splitter box to plug all my devices into, and then run it through the Xbox One, and now I could stream anything to any Windows 10 devices in the house.

Basically the "main idea", is so that I don't have to unplug a console and move TV to TV to play in different rooms. I mostly on PC, and then if not I'm on One. But all my old consoles don't get in the TV room cause not enough shelf for them all. At this point, it is probably much cheaper just to buy a 2nd set of power and video/audio cords for each of my old consoles, then I leave wires, and don't have to rewire each time I move one.

Yeah the capture card is more of what I was looking for. I wanted what my Xbox could do but for something like my PC, it is perfect cause I can easily stream my PC, and it is basically what I wanted aka wanted an HDMI In.
