Is my PSU compatible with my GPU?

Hello all, I'm wondering if my Geforce GTX 970 FTW+ GPU will work with my Corsair CX600M PSU. It says that the GPU requires 1 six pin connector and 1 eight pin connector however, I only have 1 eight pin connector spare on my PSU. Is there any way I can get around this or do I need a completely new PSU?

Nope, I haven't purchased the GPU yet, any suggestions?

I know that the PSU should be able to handle it however, I only have 1 eight pin available on my PSU (since it's semi-modular) whilst the GPU requires 1 eight pin and 1 six pin connector, anything I can do about that?
