Hi,
I need help setting up my network connections.

I just moved to a new house and me and my friend want to share the fibre connection between the old and the new house (which is right beside each other)
The old house has two modems (both from isp) that is connected to each other 1 main modem and other one act as a router
Now if i buy a new router, is there a way to connect that router using ethernet cable to the main modem to share the internet connection to the new house?

I have no idea about this kind of stuff, so if anyone can help me i would really appreciate it.
TIA and sorry for bad english

Mostly, yes.
Basically, you turn off most of the router functions, and you have to dumb down Router B to be mostly just an Access Point/passthrough device.

Turn off the DHCP, etc.

See this guide for daisy chaining routers:

Thank you so much, you're a life save.

Another question, will there be a speed loss in Router B even if it is connected using wired cable?
Because i tried using my laptop as a repeater and the speed drops from 100Mbps to 10Mbps.

With a Cat5e cable that is not 'broken', you will see zero difference between being connected to Router A and connected to Router B.
Assuming the cable is less than 100 meters.
