I am trying to update the BIOS on my ASUS Z87 Pro mother board. it gave me the same error while instaling the Intel_MEI_Win7-8_8-1_VER95141724. So after checking for information I got here. I have tried installing the MEI_allOS_8.1.0.1248_1.5M_PV.exe , no luck.
