Internet connection doesnt work after upgrading some stuff.

So is upgraded a pc from windows 7 home 32bit to windows 8.1 Pro 64bit and installed it on a new 240GB SSD after that is upgraded the RAM from 4GB to 8GB and used the original hard drive as a second storage but after all this the internet connection doesn't work anymore. Does anyone know where this problem came from.

Specs of this pc:
Intel i5 750
EVGA GT 240 512mb
4GB ram (upgraded to 8GB)
Crucial BX200 240GB SATA3 SSD
MSI P55-CD53 Motherboard
500W Powersupply

When you installed Windows 7 on your system, you should have installed the Windows 7 LAN drivers from the MSI Motherboard's web site. When you most recently installed Windows 8.1 Pro onto your system, you should have installed the Windows 8.1 Pro LAN drivers from the MSI Motherboard's web site.

The native drivers from Windows do not always work.

I'm a little bit late with this reaction but i already got it fixed i reinstalled windows 8.1.
