ASRock Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming K4, red led at bios a is shining, cant even boot

Hello guys, yesterday i build my new pc and discovered that it wont boot/ screen is getting no signal. i discovered that the led at bios a is shining red permanently. i worked myself through various threads but didnt find the my exact problem so im asking you guys if you mabe have an idea what could be wrong.

List of things i checked/tried
- looked if fans are working
- checked that every cable is plugged in correctly
-started pc without GPU
- reinstalled RAM and started with just one

i hope you can help me.

Update: i discovered that my RAM was not all the way into the slot.
now i get a video signal but i cant enter Bios.
