My gtx 1070 windforce oc just came in the mail today and after installing it, I noticed the screen would turn black and then back on for about a second each. I am using and hdmi to vga adapter with a monitor with a resolution of 1600 by 900. I have a 600w power supply and all of the cables are attached correctly. Does anyone know what might be causing this?
