I was wondering if this build would be good for medium to some intensive gaming, I mainly play MMO games like SWTOR, LOL, Rift, and DC universe but I have been expanding into higher graphic games like The Witcher 3 and Fall Out 4, I also do alot of photo and video editing which can be demanding on computers at times. I'm not the most tech-savy person but if someone could tell me how this would work and if you have any suggestions on different parts that'd be amazing! My max budget is about 800$. Thank you so much !

Also I didn't exactly know if I should attach an SSD but I will if needed, if there is one that someone thinks its compatible, that'd be much appreciated as well :)

Solution
Here's a build for $800 with skylake parts and a high quality tier 1 power supply. The case is easy to work with and you can install up to four storage drives, your choice of 3.5" or 2.5", each tray fits either size. My recommendation: Place the operating system and other things you like to load fast on the SSD. Of course, because of the limited space, you need to watch what you're putting on it. Place everything else on your hard drive.

Not really, this is my first time really putting together my own computer, do you have any suggestions on a better PSU? around the same price range? and it's not so much an issue as it is my own indecisiveness, I don't know what would be a good one and fit in the casing as the SSD is concerned.

he pretty much nailed it
been hearing not so good things about the SSD though, would go with an OCZ Trion instead
