I have a problem with my pc rebooting, I have a Biostar TH55B HD with 2 gig ram x 2, here is the problem, if I remove one of the sticks of ram it will start very slow, but then if I install the second stick of ram it won’t reboot, can somebody out there help me?

Solution
Sounds like the RAM has problem, buy the new RAM. But before you buy the memory, try this:
Clear the CMOS by the jumper or removing the CMOS battery, boot the PC with one stick RAM, your PC starts slow because you only install 2GB, and there maybe more programs inside the PC too. Also try boot with two RAM too. If you still get the same problem. Buy the new RAM.
