So I moved to a new house and after 2 days my PSU died (HX620). I bought a new one (CX750M) and it started doing a weird cricket noise and I could feel an electric field all over the components and when I touch any conductor part I get mini shocks.
I thought the PSU was defective so I returned it and bought a new one (RM650X) but after a day it started making the same noise and the electric field was there too.
I tried connecting it to a different plug and buying a new power strip but the issue continues.

The sound is really high and I can barely listen to anything without headphones.

I have a lamp, a fan, a ps4 and the monitor connected to the same plug and works fine. The one who lived here before had the pc connected to the same plug for years.

It's a 105€ 80 PLUS Gold, how is that cheap/bad.

Okay we already know that the PSU is good.

Any solution for my problem?

What is a "grounding issue with the case"?
