Water cooling vs. Air for i5-6600k

Is the extra $35 worth the money for the Corsair H50 over a DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX air cooler? And h\what kind of overclock can i expect on either one?

I would never use a Corsiar H50. It gets loud and air coolers can do a better job while remaining quieter. The only purpose of cheaper watercoolers like the H50 is just to tell your friends you have watercooling. It is not practical at all.
