Well, I've seen it run on Intel HD graphics, so yes you could technically run it.... but the settings had to be edited manually to go lower than the low settings, even then the game was pretty choppy, and I would consider it un-playable.

Actually, yes it would. Go on YouTube and search up GeForce GT 705 GTA5.

If you do get one, you could probably download a "low spec" patch to make the game run on a really slow system. Like Ragnos1996's low spec patches.
